Cause
The msyql need to use the credential the teccdba credentials. The problem was that the tasksLinux_OS_Update was using the credential for teccadmin, the wrong credential.
Solution
Make sure that you are using the correct credential for MYSQL, Load Balancer and Web Server.
Make sure that the credentials in the Cloud-init are the same that you use in the tasks.
This is an example of the credentials in the Load Balancer’s Cloud-init. In the example the credential is superuser (in your case teccadmin or teccdba):
Because in the Cloud-init is using the credential superuser in the tasks it should be superuser:
